CINDY DICKEY

We started the team because I was taking heat as a member of a BBQ internet forum for never having cooked a competition.
Our first competition cooking on 5 borrowed Hasty Bakes and having little idea what was really going on turned into a train wreck. We couldn't exit the playing field like that, so we went on to do another and took 1st place for Brisket and 15th overall.
Now, it may be difficult to quit even though those were our original plans.
Update, two more comps and two more blue ribbons, hey what can we say?
An invite to the Royal is our goal this year.
At the end of our second season, we have had many calls, and even a second place, but no first palces and no GCs. Our best overall was 5th at The enid>OK comp. We had one other top 10 with our 8th overall at Ponca City.
Next year will be our year.
