We formed the team back in 2008 under the name "Goofus and the Noobs" for a fun (but non-sanctioned) BBQ event in Aldie, Virginia, known as COF-A-Que, where we were competitors three years running. In 2011 we changed the name to "Smoke Dreams BBQ" to coincide with our debut on the KCBS circuit.
