I lived in Memphis for a while and didnt appreciate good BBQ till I moved to Wisconsin,and there was none.I had to try to explain to my friends that burgers on the grill aint BBQing! So my wife and I made a trip back to Memphis to the BBQ fest. And took a lot of notes. Shared with friends, and formed a team.
