Our team was started because of two reasons, our love of BBQ, and my wife was organizing a local event. We try to participate in three events a year with our two little smokers. We recently made a new, large smoker that will quadruple our cooking space. We love to compete and meet lots of great people. We've scored from the top 10 to the bottom 10 in our events, but we hope this is our year to win!
