LEGENDS OF THE STALL

Year Started: 2015
Members:
JORDAN WASKIEWICZ, ADAM ELLIOTT

Members: Adam Elliott, Jordan Waskiewicz, Gavin Bumpus, Justin Crocker
May 2015:Adam and Justin entered the country boy amateur competition at Hilltop Foodstore for fun and won first place pulled pork.
May 2016: 1st Dwayne Byard memorial BBQ competition- did not place. It was their first pro competition and proved to be a valuable learning experience, cooking with the big boys. From there, they went back to the kitchen and perfected their rubs and techniques on the smoker and came back next year with a bigger, badder smoker and an appetite for destruction of their competition.
May 2016: 2nd Dwayne Byard memorial BBQ competition- 3rd place ribs, also placed better than 2015 in all other categories. Not bad for some 2 timer rookies...
