In the four competitions we attended last year, we placed in three of them. Our final competition was in Arthur, IL at one of the Midwest's great tournaments. We were given the opportunity to compete with the Professionals in the desserts and sausage categories. In facing the Pros for the first time, we feel that Smokin? Tasty held its own. During the Team Captain meeting we sat next to team 'Cancer Sucks' and 'Quau', it was an honor to sit next to such decorated teams.
