started out as a bunch of friends who just liked to bbq, decided to try and cook professionally, started with a few small smokers, and since have built a trlr that we are proud of. No grand championships yet but several top 10 and a few top 5 finishes, still working on it. Finally get to change and talk about the biggest win. We have outgrown our trophy rack and are hoping to keep it growing.
