Headquartered in South Philadelphia, Rhapsody In Blue Smoke has been rapidly growing and the RiBS Blue Smoke can be seen rising as far as Los Angeles. Distinct flavors and techniques come together to make RiBS barbecue unique, delicious and unforgettable.
