Smoky River BBQ actually started in 2004 as a backyard team. Like so many others, the move to professional was inevitable. Although we don't make as many contests as we would like to, we have made many new friends at the ones we have participated in. Right now we are using a WSM and a ProQ smoker. If anyone has a Backwoods they would want to donate, give me a call!!
