The team was founded by Doug and Laura Keiles over a dare after the owners of Famous Dave's said his ribs were good enough to enter a contest. Jonathan is a resident by transplant from other BBQ areas and is a proud Texan. Wendy is foodie turned que'er and the latest member of our team.
