A Chattanooga, Tennessee area based team whose members are: Wade Cook is a KCBS CBJ and has been judging for 5 years. His wife, Lucretia handles box preparation and keeping the boys on track. Wesley Cook, is a pitmaster apprentice and handles many important duties for the team. Ryan "The Incinerator" or "Incy" as his large following of groupies call him hails from York, PA and brings expertise in rib cookiing to the team. "Incy" is also a well respected kegerator builder in the northeasst. We presently cook on a Stumps.
Their newest team members, Jasson "WaterBoy" Seiden is serving as an apprentice during their 2012 season. His main function will be that of "cooler boy" to keep the cooks happy. Brian "Obamabowl" Stander is also a new member who specializes in choosing the right smoke on the meats.
