Holy Smokes competition BBQ team has been cooking since 2010 - and that is quite a feat for a husband and wife team from Dublin, GA! Together, Gary and Dionn Lanton travel all over the southeastern U.S. to do events. Gary's BBQ highlight this year was at a competition in Georgia, where he says, "We are in love with Moore's marinades and sauces! They are a big help to our success - especially the Moores Original Hickory Marinade, which we use in our Brisket injection. So far this BBQ Season we have cooked 2 competitions. One in Bainbridge Georgia, which is referred to as the Super Bowl of BBQ because the BEST teams from all over the US were there competing." Gary and Dionn Lanton are hospitable southern natives who invite anyone to join them at competitions. They just welcomed a new baby boy into their family, who can often be found in photo opps and awards ceremonies with his proud Papa.
