I was trained as a professional chef and worked in fine dining restaurants around the East Bay and San Francisco. Recently Corporate America decided my services were no longer need. So I am re-inventing myself and returning to a passion of mine, cooking and teaching. Focusing on BBQ and starting my own BBQ Business. I have coached for many years at various levels up to and including High School Sports, needless to say that I am very competitive and I like to win. My son & daughter challenged me to enter a BBQ competition which I took 1st in Ribs & 2nd in Chicken. So winning at my first BBQ comp, I was hooked on BBQ competition. So now we have a team and are competing and catering & vending for large events. We like to travel and have fun and then get down to business on Saturday mornings.

Biggest Wins: Our biggest win was the Little Engine comp in Vista Ca. in Dec 2011. We received our first, 1st place win for Pork.
