The Wyocena Yacht Club Q Crew is a small time competition team which started competing just to see how good our BBQ was. We received a 6th in pork and a 5th in brisket at our first comp, and have been hooked on competitions since. Members: Clark Hodgson (Pitmaster) Derek Burmester (Assistant) Bryan Deke (Assistant on call) We proudly cook on Weber Smokey Mountains.
