We are a band of brothers that like to cook. The low and slow style is something we were born into, and will always covet. It is our dream to serve our friends with our genuine blend of Gulf Coast cooking and Texas style slow smoking for as long as we are capable! We use a blend of wood smoke and spices to make a flavor unlike anything you will get at a commercial BBQ restaurant. We are not a chain; we don?t even have a storefront. We have a couple of smokers, a keg, and a passion for our art. Our permanent members are as follows: Brandon "Banjo" Santifer- Pit master,Administration Amanda "Momma" Santifer- Adult Supervision Caleb "Doc" Homer- Asst. Pit master, Public Relations, Health Dept. Compliance Cara "Better Half" Homer- Adult Supervision Joel "Hutch" Hutcherson- Executive Chef Randy Scott Shaw- In Memoriam 1978-2012 We are all prior service or active duty Navy and Marine Corps. Our wives are our rock and our heroes. We could not do this without them, or their permission! The bottom line is if we ever make money off this it is a bonus.
