SACORA STATIONYear Started: 2017
I started cooking BBQ in June of 2017, when the pitmaster at my familyâ€™s campground restaurant quit. I learned to bbq in a trial by fire (pun intended). I am now smoking for our restaurant, a food truck and catering company. I have competed in the SD pork producers Taste of Elegance event and a small rib comp in NW South Dakota. I am excited to begin my KCBS journey. I am representing KCBS at the Rapid City Cabelaâ€™s Go Outdoor event
