George's Go To Rub
¼ Cup Sea Salt
½ Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
2 Tablespoons Ground Coffee
1 Tablespoon Lemon Pepper

Mix and store in covered container.
I keep some on-hand all the time. This is a simple but excellent rub. I have used it successfully on steaks, brisket, ribs, lamb, goat, and pork steaks as well as on fish such as red snapper.
