Greetings KCBS Members!

In early February KCBS asked for Next Generation Membership Platform submissions. After a very long and extensive search which included KCBS member companies and investigating both custom developed and SaaS solutions, an agreement was signed with a vendor based out of Michigan to commission the buildout of this new platform. 

The new platform is built on a robust and feature rich Membership Platform foundation, wrapped in a custom website package, with a KCBS mobile app.  This new platform will correct many of the current system deficiencies and allow KCBS to roll out new and improved features that will enhance and amplify the KCBS membership experience for all members, partners and customers. 

Some of these features include: Fully Automated Membership Management, Community Areas & Special Interest Groups (SIGs), Advanced Member & Team Profiles, Simplified Community Communications & Notifications, Board and Committee Management, Voting/Elections, Event & Contest Management, Online e-Learning, Streamlined CBJ Resources & Certification Processes, Advanced Content Areas w/ Access Controls, E-commerce, and a bunch of other exciting features! 

There are many moving parts to this solution and member input will be important to hit all our milestones and expectations. Please keep an eye out for surveys, this platform is for you, and will help shape our future. We anticipate a September Go-Live for the Platform, and the release of the mobile application soon thereafter. We look forward to sharing more information as the process evolves.
