Closed meeting agenda with possible motion to follow:
Discuss entering into a potential agreement concerning 2519 Madison Ave., Kansas City, MO 64108
Motion to move into closed session Arlie Bragg, 2nd by Phillip Brazier Motion passed unanimously
Jason Cole entered the meeting during the closed session. 
Motion to return to open session at 6:56 pm Central by Mike Richter, 2nd by Phillip Brazier Motion passed unanimously
Concerning 2519 Madison Ave., Kansas City, MO 64108, also known as the KCBS Headquarters, KCBS received an unsolicited casual offer through our leasing agent for the upstairs from an entity interested in purchasing the building. After exchanging emails, KCBS received a letter of intent from the potential buyer to purchase the property at 2519 Madison Ave., Kansas City, MO 64108.
Motion to authorize the signing of the letter of intent for KCBS to sell the building to the potential buyer by Mike Peters, 2nd by Arlie Bragg. Motion passes unanimously.
Motion to adjourn by Mike Richter, 2nd by Jason Cole. Motion passes unanimously.
