Date Finalized for 2016 Samís Club National BBQ Championship

After 25 qualifying events and 5 regional rounds, the Sam’s Club National BBQ Tour will culminate in the Sam’s Club National BBQ Championship in Bentonville, Ark. on Saturday, October 1.

A total of 50 teams – 10 each from the regional events held in Marietta, Ga., Midwest City, Okla., Madison, Wisc., Las Vegas, Nev., and Charleston, S.C. – will head to Bentonville to compete in the Championship, with the overall Grand Champion earning $50,000.

The Sam’s Club National BBQ Tour qualifying events, competed under traditional KCBS rules, continue through the summer and early fall. Follow the tour and results at www.kcbs.us/samstour
