Burnt Finger BBQ is championship barbecue team headed by Jason and Megan Day. Originally known for the viral internet sensation "Bacon Explosion", Burnt Finger BBQ has gone on to become one of the top ranked teams in competition barbecue.

Jason and Megan travel the country competing in 25+ events each year that span from Washington DC to Las Vegas, collecting hundreds of awards along the way. Their national rankings for the 2014 season were 5th place ribs and 19th place brisket, which followed up a 2013 performance of 6th place chicken and 10th place pork. They also earned 1st place chicken honors at the 2013 American Royal World Series of Barbecue with a perfect score.

When not competing on the professional barbecue circuit, Jason and Megan run bbqaddicts.com where they distribute their Smokey Kansas City line of barbecue products and a pre-cooked version of their infamous Bacon Explosion.
